The Chair has adopted the repeal of Parts 326, 330, 332, 340, 342, 345, 347, 349-2, and 412 of Title 12 of the NYCRR as a part of Governor Hochul's EXPRESSNY initiative to amend or repeal burdensome, redundant, or outdated regulations.
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the August 5, 2026, edition of the State Register. The Notice of Adoption will be published in the November 4, 2026, edition of the State Register and will take effect on that date.
