2026 Board meeting schedule
The New York State Workers' Compensation Board (Board) will hold its regular monthly meetings at its Executive Offices (328 State Street, Room 324, Schenectady, New York 12305) at 10:00 AM on each of the following dates in 2026:
- January 13
- February 10
- March 17
- April 21
- May 19
- June 16
- July 21
- September 15
- October 20
- November 17
- December 15
The Board will separately issue monthly meeting notices in accordance with Public Officers Law § 104(1). Each meeting notice will indicate the method by which Board members will appear, provide details with respect to attendance by the public, and provide a live stream link for the public to view a webcast of the meeting.

In addition to the meetings listed in the above Board Meeting Schedule, the Board will also hold its regular monthly meetings at its Executive Offices (328 State Street, Room 324, Schenectady, New York 12305) at 10:00 AM on each of the following dates in 2027:

Notice of the September 15, 2026 Board meeting
The New York State Workers' Compensation Board (Board) will hold its regular monthly meeting on September 15, 2026.
This meeting will be held at the Board's Executive Offices located at 328 State Street, Schenectady, New York 12305, in Room 324, and commence at 10:00 AM. The public will be permitted to attend this meeting in person.
Due to extraordinary circumstances, Board Members Robert Bergin and Samuel Williams will be appearing at this meeting from a remote location not open to in-person physical attendance by the public.
The public may view a webcast of the meeting by visiting the below livestream link. Video of this webcast will be recorded and posted on the Board's webpage, and minutes of the meeting will later be transcribed.
