The New York State Workers’ Compensation Board often receives requests regarding data on workers’ compensation claims. While the Board cannot provide information on individually identifiable claims, which are protected from disclosure under Workers’ Compensation Law section 110-a, the Board regularly publishes aggregate workers’ compensation claims data on the Open New York website.
