The NYS Workers' Compensation Board mourns the loss of longtime Board member, Loren Lobban, who passed away on Friday, May 9.

Loren was appointed to the NYS Workers' Compensation Board in 2010 after working for 35 years in private practice, where he specialized in litigation. In his nearly 15 years at the Board, Loren served with the utmost distinction and integrity, as he worked in support of the Board's mission. His meaningful work touched the lives of so many.
