Please be advised that Deirdre Lee Finney, M.D., temporarily surrendered her license to practice medicine in the State of New York pursuant to Public Health Law Section 230.13, effective October 25, 2008. Her last known address is 963 Walnut Street, Elmira, New York 14901.

Dr. Finney is prohibited from rendering medical treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Finney for treatment rendered prior to October 25, 2008, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Finney regarding treatment she rendered prior to October 25, 2008, should not be denied due to the temporary surrender of her license.
