The Chair proposes revised amendments to Sections 301.1, 301.3, and 300.10 of Title 12 of the NYCRR to update the depositions process and fees.
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the January 21, 2026, edition of the State Register. The Notice of Revised Rule Making will be published in the June 3, 2026, edition of the State Register. Comments on the proposal will be accepted for 45 days after publication. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
