Pursuant to Workers' Compensation Law Section 13-d(5), the Chair of the New York State Workers' Compensation Board has exercised his authority to revoke Dr. Jadan Hayel Abbassi's authorization to treat injured workers within the New York State workers' compensation system effective September 5, 2017. Dr. Abbassi's last known business address is:

The revocation is based upon BPMC Order No. 17-235, issued by the New York State Department of Health, State Board for Professional Medical Conduct (BPMC), wherein Dr. Abbassi's license to practice medicine in the state of New York is revoked effective August 29, 2017, based on a New Jersey Consent Order which found there was information evidencing that he engaged in inappropriate behavior with a patient.
