Please be advised that Dr. Eric Edelman's authorization to treat injured workers in the New York State workers' compensation system has been suspended indefinitely effective April 1, 2013. Dr. Edelman's authorization to perform independent medical examinations was revoked effective September 21, 2012. Dr. Edelman's last known business address is 514 South Bay Road, Syracuse, New York, 13212.

Dr. Edelman is prohibited from rendering treatment and care to injured workers while his authorization is suspended. Reports submitted by Dr. Edelman for treatment rendered prior to April 1, 2013, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Edelman for treatment rendered prior to April 1, 2013, should not be denied due to the suspension of his authorization.

Dr. Edelman is prohibited from performing independent medical examinations. Reports submitted by Dr. Edelman for independent medical examinations rendered prior to September 21, 2012, are valid, but are invalid for any independent medical examinations rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Edelman for independent medical examinations rendered prior to September 21, 2012, should not be denied due to the revocation of his authorization.
