The Chair proposes the revised addition of section 329-1.4 to Title 12 of the NYCRR, to define intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IOM) and clarify how remote IOM may be performed. The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the March 2, 2022, edition of the State Register. The Notice of Revised Rule Making was published in the February 22, 2023, edition of the State Register.
Comments on the proposal will be accepted for 45 days after publication. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
