The Chair proposes amendments to sections 441.1 and 442.2 of Title 12 NYCRR to update the Official New York Workers' Compensation Durable Medical Equipment Fee Schedule and add language about annual updates.
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making will be published in the January 19, 2022 edition of the State Register. Comments on the proposal will be accepted for 60 days after publication. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
