The Chair proposes an amendment to section 442.2 of Title 12 NYCRR to correct several codes and update the Official New York Workers' Compensation Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Fee Schedule.

The Notice of Proposed Rule Making will be published in the July 14, 2021, edition of the State Register. Comments on the proposal will be accepted for 60 days after publication. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
