The Chair proposes an amendment to section 380-2.5(c) of Title 12 NYCRR to clarify that when Paid Family Leave (PFL) is taken in increments of one full day, the maximum number of intermittent leave days an employee can take is based on the average number of days they work per week, consistent with the statute.

The Notice of Proposed Rule Making will be published in the May 26, 2021, edition of the State Register. Comments on the proposal will be accepted for 60 days after publication. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
