The Chair proposes an amendment to 12 NYCRR 324.2 to incorporate updates to four of the Workers’ Compensation Board’s New York Medical Treatment Guidelines (MTGs) by reference:

• Mid and Low Back
• Neck
• Knee
• Shoulder

The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was/will be published in the February 10, 2021, edition of the State Register. Comments regarding the proposal will be accepted for 60 days after publication. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
