The Chair proposes a rulemaking to add two new Medical Treatment Guidelines (MTG):
- Hand, Wrist and Forearm Injuries
- Occupational/Work-Related Asthma
The proposed Hand, Wrist and Forearm Injuries MTG contains treatment recommendations for carpal tunnel syndrome and will replace the current Carpal Tunnel Syndrome MTG upon becoming effective.
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the June 10, 2020 edition of the State Register. Comments will be accepted for 60 days from publication in the State Register. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
