The Chair has adopted the amendment of 12 NYCRR 300.19, 325-1.25, 440.8, 442.3, and repeal of 325-1.24 incorporating the 2019 changes to Workers’ Compensation Law section 13-g into existing regulations regarding medical billing disputes. The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the November 6, 2019 edition of the State Register. A Notice of Adoption was published in the January 29, 2020 edition of the State Register. The amendments are effective upon publication in the state register.
