On November 6, 2019, the New York State Workers' Compensation Board released proposed amendments to sections 300.19, 325-1.24, 325-1.25, 440.8 and 442.3 to incorporate the 2019 changes of the Workers' Compensation Law (WCL) section 13-g into the existing regulations. Public comments will be accepted for 60 days through January 6, 2020, and may be sent to regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
