The Chair has adopted the amendment of Section 317.20 of 12 NYCRR to provide assistance with inactive but not insolvent group self-insured trusts to purchase assumption of liability policies (ALPs) to wind down liabilities. The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the May 29, 2019 edition of the State Register. The amendments were effective upon publication of the Notice of Adoption in the October 30, 2019 edition of the State Register.
