On January 23, 2019, the New York State Workers' Compensation Board released a proposed amendment of Subpart 329-3 of 12 NYCRR to update fees for emergency room services, and to establish fees for rural area outpatient clinics, hospital-based mental health clinics, and private psychiatric hospitals. Public comments will be accepted for 60 days through March 25, 2019, and may be sent to regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
