The Chair proposes amendments to section 442.2 of Title 12 NYCRR to update the Official New York Workers' Compensation Durable Medical Equipment Fee Schedule (DME Fee Schedule).
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making will be published in the December 20, 2023, edition of the State Register. Comments on the proposal will be accepted for 60 days after publication. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
