The Chair has adopted the addition of subdivision (c) of section 440.8 of Title 12 NYCRR, restoring language requiring self-insured employers and insurance carriers to notify pharmacies when there is a network that the injured worker must use.
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the June 29, 2022, edition of the State Register. A Notice of Adoption was published in the November 23, 2022, edition of the State Register, and the amendment took effect upon publication.
