Board Renews Contract With NAM for Paid Family Leave Arbitration Services

National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM) will continue to provide arbitration services for the state's landmark Paid Family Leave program.

Changes to Schedule Loss of Use (SLU) / EC-81.7 Process

The Board recently implemented a new process for Schedule Loss of Use awards as well as changes to the related EC-81.7 form.

These changes are detailed in a Board announcement dated November 8, 2022 , along with an important update to the process timeframe requirements.

Section 32 Waiver Agreements / Release of Liability

The Board recently issued a bulletin clarifying and expanding upon an October 8, 2021 bulletin regarding Section 32 waiver agreements and release of liability.
