Due to the severe weather conditions anticipated to impact Bronx, Dutchess, Kings, Nassau, New York, Orange, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester counties on Monday, 2/23/26, there will be no in-person hearings at Board locations in these counties.

The Chair has adopted on an emergency basis amendments to 12 NYCRR 325-1.8, 329-1.3, 329-4.2, 333.2, and 348.2 to allow telemedicine in some circumstances for social distancing purposes due to the outbreak of COVID-19. A Notice of Emergency Adoption will be published in the April 1, 2020 edition of the State Register. This emergency rulemaking is effective for 90 days upon filing March 16, 2020.
