The Chair proposes the amendment of 12 NYCRR 442.2, and the addition of sections 442.4 and 442.5 to replace the current DME fee schedule, update fees, and create a prior authorization process.

The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the October 21, 2020 edition of the State Register. Comments on the revised proposal will be accepted for 60 days after publication. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
