Board Bulletins and Subject Numbers

The Chair has proposed amendments to 12 NYCRR §300.14 that clarify the process governing applications to reopen a claim. This proposal was published in the September 11, 2019, State Register. The proposal also includes minor clarifications to 12 NYCRR §300.13. The Board will be accepting comments from the public until November 12, 2019.
