Pursuant to Workers' Compensation Law Section 13-d(4), the Chair of the New York State Workers' Compensation Board (“Chair”) exercised her authority to temporarily suspend Dr. John Felix Waller’s authorizations to treat injured workers and to perform independent medical examinations in the New York State workers’ compensation system effective July 2, 2018.

Having found that the circumstances warranting such temporary suspension are no longer operative, the Chair has rescinded the temporary suspension of Dr. Waller and has reinstated his authority to treat injured workers and to perform independent medical examinations effective July 10, 2018.
