XML Submission Partner Vendor Registration
IMPORTANT! Before proceeding, please note:
- You are registering to become a Board Authorized XML Submission Partner to submit XML forms on behalf of health care providers. Successful completion of the registration and testing process will mean the Workers' Compensation Board will accept your XML submissions.
- The first step in the registration process is to fill out this online form giving us your information. The next step will be to sign and return the testing legal agreement that will be emailed to you following confirmation of the information you provide on the registration form.
- Upon completion and submission of the on-line registration form you will see a web page indicating that the registration form was successfully received and providing you with a confirmation number for future reference. If you do not get a confirmation number your registration form was not successfully received.
