Medical Portal Access
Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) must complete this registration to request initial access to the Medical Portal.
IMPORTANT! Before proceeding, please note:
- The registration process must be completed prior to a payer designation.
- You will receive a confirmation number from the Board upon submission of your request for access. Please keep this number for future reference. Registrations may take up to three to five business days for processing.
