The Chair adopted the addition of subdivision (c) of section 440.8 of Title 12 NYCRR to restore language requiring insurance carriers to notify pharmacies when there is a network they must use. The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the June 29, 2022, edition of the State Register. A Notice of Adoption has been published in the November 23, 2022, edition of the State Register, and the amendment will take effect upon publication.
