Dental Fee Schedule
IMPORTANT! Before proceeding, please note:
- Access to the Dental Fee Schedule is for those parties involved in billing, or paying, for a dental procedure in a workers' compensation case. An organization need only register once for all its employees; i.e., access is not granted at the individual level as it is for eCase, rather access is granted at the organization level.
- Upon successful submission of the completed registration, you will be provided with a reference number to use if you need to contact the Board concerning your registration.
- After review of your registration, the Workers' Compensation Board will contact you with information for access to the Dental Fee Schedule.
