The first emergency adoption of the amendment to the IME regulation, 12 NYCRR 300.2 (d) (11), was effective on January 13, 2004, for 90 days. Subsequent emergency adoptions have been adopted each 90 days, with the most recent adoption of the amendment to 12 NYCRR 300.2 (d) (11) effective March 5, 2013, for 90 days. The Notice of Emergency Adoption and accompanying documents was published in the March 20, 2013, edition of the State Register.
