Original IME Regulations Adopted October 2001
Final IME Regulations (NO. WCB-11-01-00006-P) were adopted by publication in the New York State Register on September 5, 2001.
These regulations complete the Workers' Compensation Board's implementation of the Injured Workers' Protection Act (Chapter 473 of the Laws of 2000).
