Program for Legal Counsel
Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Program
The Board is offering a DVD for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program of a recorded presentation given on November 3, 2010 on the regulations involving the Medical Treatment Guidelines.
The CLE program offers 3.5 CLE credits which includes .5 hours of Ethics. The program covers the following topics: Medical Treatment Guidelines; Authorizations: Required or Not; Optional Prior Approval; Variances; Medical Bills: Legal Objections after December 1, 2010; Medical Bills: Valuation Objections after December 1, 2010; and Ethical Considerations: Communication with Providers.
The cost of the DVD is $15 which is payable when making the request.
