Edward J. Graber, M.D. (Authorization No. 086970-1W)

Please be advised that, by Surrender Order (BPMC No. 09-192), effective October 30, 2009, the New York State Department of Health, State Board for Professional Medical Conduct, accepted and adopted the surrender of the medical license of Edward J. Graber, M.D. Dr. Graber's name has been stricken from the roster of physicians in the State of New York, effective October 30, 2009. No current business address is available for Dr. Graber.

Effective October 30, 2009, Dr. Graber is precluded from rendering medical treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Graber for treatment or examinations rendered prior to October 30, 2009, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment or examinations rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Graber regarding treatment he rendered or examinations he conducted prior to October 30, 2009, should not be denied due to the surrender of his medical license.

Angel M. Romero, M.D. (Authorization No. 136478-5W)

Please be advised that, by Surrender Order (BPMC No. 09-194), effective October 30, 2009, the New York State Department of Health, State Board for Professional Medical Conduct, accepted and adopted the surrender of the medical license of Angel M. Romero, M.D. Dr. Romero's name has been stricken from the roster of physicians in the State of New York, effective October 30, 2009. Previously, Dr. Romero's license was deemed inactive as of May 30, 2007. No current business address is available for Dr. Romero.

Effective May 30, 2007, Dr. Romero is precluded from rendering medical treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Romero for treatment or examinations rendered prior to May 30, 2007, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment or examinations rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Romero regarding treatment he rendered or examinations he conducted prior to May 30, 2007, should not be denied due to the inactive status or surrender of his medical license.
