Please be advised that, effective April 28, 2009, the New York State Department of Health, Board of Professional Medical Conduct adopted Consent Order No. 09-72, by which order the medical license of Irage Yehudian, M.D., is permanently limited to preclude him either individually or through a professional corporation from evaluating, treating, or billing patients reimbursed through either no-fault insurance or workers compensation. No current business address is available for Dr. Yehudian.

Dr. Yehudian is prohibited from rendering medical or other treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Yehudian for treatment rendered prior to April 28, 2009, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Yehudian regarding treatment he rendered prior to April 28, 2009, should not be denied due to the permanent limitation on his medical license.
