The Chair proposes a consensus amendment to section 441.2 of Title 12 NYCRR to make technical and clarifying corrections to the New York Workers' Compensation Formulary (Formulary).
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making will be published in the September 15, 2021, edition of the State Register.
