The Chair proposes an amendment to 12 NYCRR 324.2 to incorporate updates to the New York Non-Acute Pain Medical Treatment Guidelines (MTGs) by reference.

The Notice of Proposed Rule Making will be published in the April 14, 2021, edition of the State Register. Comments regarding the proposal will be accepted for 60 days after publication. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
