Changes of Address and New Offices for the Workers' Compensation Board in New York City

The office of the Workers' Compensation Board located at 180 Livingston Street, Brooklyn, is moving to three new locations.
All regular hearings will continue to be held at 180 Livingston Street through Wednesday, April 25, 2001. Previously scheduled Special Trials will be held at 180 Livingston Street on Thursday April 26 and Friday April 27, 2001.
On Monday, April 30, 2001 Special Trials only will be held at each of the three new locations. On Tuesday, May 1, 2001, a regular hearing schedule will commence at these locations. All hearing notices will reflect the location of the hearing. We ask that you carefully review all hearing notices you receive during this transition period to be sure of the proper location of hearings.
Please note that the mailing address for claims-related mail for these three new locations (as well as for the Hempstead, Hauppauge and Peekskill offices) remains the same, that is:
