By Bus

Coming from the Crown Heights area in Brooklyn:

  • Take the B12 (city bus) to Alabama Avenue, connect with the Q24 (city bus) to 168th Street; OR the Q54 or Q56 to the 168th Street stop on Jamaica Ave.
  • Take the B12 (city bus) to Alabama Avenue go upstairs and take the J train to the last stop – Jamaica Ctr. Parsons/Archer – then go upstairs and take the Q24 to 168th Street or Q30, Q31, Q54, Q56 or Q110 which stop on Jamaica Avenue between 168th and 169th Street.

From Middle Village: Take the Q45 bus to the last stop which is near the 74th Street/Roosevelt Avenue train stop and take the F train to 169th Street, walk four blocks to 91st Avenue.

From Queens Village: Take the Q1 bus (Queens Village) from Braddock Avenue to Hillside and 169th, connect with the Q31 bus – four blocks to 91st Avenue.
     OR the Q110 bus on Hempstead or Jamaica Avenue to 169th street stop.

From St. Albans: Take the Q2, or Q3 bus to the bus terminal at 164th Street and Merrick Boulevard. The Queens Library is across the street from the bus terminal, go to 168th Street then to 91st Avenue.
     OR the Q83 bus to 170th Street on Liberty Avenue, walk 3 blocks North to Jamaica Avenue.

From Woodhaven: Take the Q56 bus from 78th Street and Jamaica Avenue, get off on Jamaica Avenue between 168th and 169th Street.

By Car

From Brooklyn:

  • Take Jackie Robinson Parkway to Grand Central Parkway East to Exit 17 go onto the Service Road making a right on 169th Street and a right on 91st Ave.; OR
  • Take the Belt Parkway to the Van Wyck North and exit at Jamaica Avenue, travel East on Jamaica Avenue to 168th Street.

From points North of NYC: Take the Throggs Neck Bridge south, stay on 295 south to Hillside Avenue. Bear right heading west on Hillside Avenue approximately 2 miles turn left on 169th Street. The parking lot is 1/10th of a mile on the right before the building.

From Long Island:

  • Take Long Island Expressway to Northern State Parkway to Grand Central Parkway to exit 17, 168th Street making left at light proceed to Hillside Avenue make a left at light to 169th St., make right.

By Train

From Long Island: Take the Long Island Railroad to Jamaica Street Station, go downstairs and take an MTA Bus Q24, Q30 or Q31 (corner of Sutphin Blvd. and Archer Avenue) to 168th Street and Jamaica Avenue.

From Maspeth: Take the 7 train to Jackson Heights (74th Street/Roosevelt Avenue stop) go downstairs and take the F train to 169th Street.

From Manhattan: Take the F train to 169th Street Station, walk four blocks to 91st Avenue, on the corner is the entrance 168–46 91st Avenue.

From downtown Brooklyn: Take the G train from Hoyt and Schermerhorn Station to Queens Plaza, go across the platform and take the F train to 169th Street Station, go upstairs to the Southwest corner stairs to the sidewalk and walk four blocks south down 169th street to 91st Avenue.

From New Jersey: Take NJ Transit train to Newark Penn Station and take the Path train into New York City to 34th Street Penn Station. (If you have a weekly or monthly pass, you can take Am Track from Newark Penn Station into New York City.) From 34th Street take the E train (NYC Subway train) transfer to F train either at 71st and Continental Avenue or Union Turnpike stations (last chance to transfer). Take the F train to 169th Street, exit at the Southeast corner and go down the hill about four blocks to the corner of 168–46 91st Avenue.

From Newburgh: From the Beacon Station take the Metro–North train to Grand Central Station, connect to the # 7 train to 74th Street/Roosevelt Ave Station then take the F train to 169th Street; or either the #4 or 5 subway train to the 59th street stop, connect to the R train one stop to Queens Plaza, then take the E train to Roosevelt Ave. Station for the F train to the 169th Street stop, exit at the Southwest stairs and go south four blocks to the corner of 91st Avenue and 169th Street.
