Medical Portal Webinars

In the coming weeks, we will be holding several 1-hour webinar sessions to demonstrate the Medical Portal. We invite you to attend one of the sessions and encourage your feedback. The demonstration will include end-to-end submission and processing of a treatment authorization request, including:

  • Log-in process
  • User Dashboard (Home Page)
  • Search functions and results
  • Creation and submission of the treatment authorization request
  • Uploading attachments
  • Work Queues
  • Payer response
