eClaims Inquiry Registration

eClaims

eClaims Inquiry is a web application which provides the ability for Trading Partners (Senders), Vendors, Insurers and Third-Party Administrators to view both accepted and rejected claim transactions submitted to the Board.

Registration Process

Trading Partners and Vendors

Trading Partner eClaims Inquiry Users will be able to view all transactions submitted for all Insurers and Third-Party Administrators listed in the trading partner profile. If you do not want this information to be available to all users, each insurer can register individually to review their own claim transactions associated to their specific W#, or the insurer may view accepted transactions using eCase.

Vendor eClaims Inquiry Users will be able to see all transactions submitted by the Vendor to the Board.

Your eClaims Administrator should log into the eClaims Administrator web application and select the Register for eClaims Inquiry button to register.

Insurers and Third-Party Administrators who are NOT Trading Partners

Select the Register button below to register for eClaims Inquiry if you would like view claim transactions being submitted for you by a Trading Partner. Your registered eClaims Inquiry Users will only be able to view submitted transactions containing your WCB ID (W number or T number).

Confirmation of Submission to the Board

After the Board receives your registration, a non-editable PDF of the registration will appear in your web browser. The first page contains a confirmation statement that your registration was successfully submitted to the Board. DO NOT MAIL THIS FORM TO THE BOARD.

If a confirmation page does not appear in your web browser after you submit the registration, then the Board did not successfully receive the registration and you will need to resubmit it.
