eClaims Trading Partner Webinars

As announced at the 6/25/19 eClaims trading partner monthly webinar, the eClaims leadership team has decided to change the format from a monthly webinar to a quarterly webinar effective 2019-Q3. Therefore, webinars will not be scheduled for July or August 2019. When changes are posted to the eClaims website we will send an e-mail blast to our trading partners with an announcement and a reminder that questions can be sent to eClaims@wcb.ny.gov.

In order to better manage the webinar, please submit any eClaims related questions to the WCB at least two days prior to the scheduled date (email questions to eClaims@wcb.ny.gov). eMails should contain a Subject line of "eClaims Webinar Questions". They will be anonymously included in the call.
