World Trade Center Assistance Programs

WTC Health Program

The World Trade Center Health Program offers services at no cost to World Trade Center workers, responders and survivors to help with medical and mental health conditions related to certified WTC-related health conditions.

September 11 Victim Compensation Fund

The September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF) provides compensation to individuals who suffered physical harm or the personal representative of a deceased individual who was killed as a result of terror attacks of September 11, 2001.

World Trade Center Volunteer Fund

World Trade Center Volunteer Fund provides benefits to volunteers who incurred lost wages and/or health related problems due to their volunteer work in the WTC rescue, recovery and clean-up efforts.

PRESERVE YOUR RIGHTS World Trade Center Registry

If you participated in the rescue, recovery and clean-up of the World Trade Center, your service needs to be registered with the New York State Workers' Compensation Board. The deadline to register your service is September 11, 2026.
