The Chair has adopted consensus amendments to 12 NYCRR 441.2 to make technical and clarifying changes to the New York Workers' Compensation Formulary.
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the September 15, 2021, edition of the State Register. The Notice of Adoption will be published in the February 9, 2022, edition of the State Register. This regulation will become effective upon the launch of OnBoard: Limited Release.
