Due to planned OnBoard maintenance occurring between 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, and between 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, email and text notifications may not be generated during this period. The Chair has delayed the implementation of amendments to the following regulations, which were scheduled to become effective on June 7, 2021:

New effective dates for the amended regulations will coincide with the launch of OnBoard: Limited Release, the first phase of the Workers' Compensation Board's new business information system, which is planned for summer 2021. More information will be shared in the coming weeks.
