The Chair proposes the amendment of 12 NYCRR 300.22 and 300.23, to update the regulations for clarity, and to reflect updates to the eClaims system which incorporate the national standard EDI version 3.1.
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the June 10, 2020 edition of the State Register. Comments regarding the revised proposal will be accepted for 60 days after publication. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
